BC Dairy Farmers ProAction Project

SOP’s in binders just aren’t cutting it anymore. With an industry that takes pride in its quality, production and high industry standards, employee training hasn’t followed. Technology within the farms has evolved - like robotic milkers - so why hasn’t training?

We are partnering with the BC Dairy Association to run a pilot project at Nutriva Group farm to bring the SOP’s from the ProAction project to life. This means:

• One standardized training program.

• No confusion surrounding complicated industry standards.

• Clear employee comprehension and rating.

• Immersive experiences that reduce the cost of new hire onboarding and mistakes.
